Do Dah Day Royalty is determined by the Queen Mother. Actually no, it's ALL ABOUT MONEY!. King and Queen candidates who raise the most money win, it's as simple as that. It works out best if your Daddy's last name is Trump, Gates, Branson, or something like that. The King and Queen who raise the most money will be crowned at 11:01 p.m., May 18, 2012 at Do Dah Eve.

The 2012 King and Queen will then ride in the Do Dah Day Parade the next morning at 11:01 a.m. If you don't show up for your slot in the Parade, then your seat will be given to a farm animal (with a sign hanging around its neck with your name on it) and you will be deported to a rather drab looking cabin on an ice shelf in Antarctica. And no soup for you!
